Thought this was a cool little thing I found on a facebook page...

You know you're living in 2005 when..

1) you accidentally enter your password on a microwave

2) you haven't played solitaire with real cards in years

3) thE reaL reason for not staying in touch with friends is that they don't have a screen name

4) you'd rather look all over the house for the remote instead of just pushing to button on the tv.

6) your boss dont even have the ability to do your job.

7) you read this list, & keep nodding and smiling

8) as you read this list, you think about sending it to all your
friends

9) and.. you were to busy to notice number 5.

10) you actually scrolled back up to check that there was no 5

11) & now you're laughing at your stupidity

Quick update......What a GREAT WEEKEND!!!  Hanging out with old friends and making a ton of new ones...  This was one of the best weekends in a while...its been a long time since i rolled home past 6am in the morning...Good times had all around....looking forward to doing it again...

Heres your quote...well maybe 2....

A good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute. He may not seem such a good friend after telling.

Arthur Brisbane, "The Book of Today"
Don't flatter yourself that friendship authorizes you to say disagreeable things to your intimates. The nearer you come into relation with a person, the more necessary do tact and courtesy become. Except in cases of necessity, which are rare, leave your friend to learn unpleasant things from his enemies; they are ready enough to tell them.

Just a quick post....People really piss me off sometimes...The one thing that I cant stand about people is lying.  I mean I go out of my way most of the time to make people feel comfortable, and welcome.  But when a chronic fibber seems to think that I am stupid and wont know that they are lying, I am done with you.  Totally and completly done.  I will not waste my time anymore.  Totally Done.  So for those of you who accutally read this thing...remember...dont lie to me...I will find out...and dont talk about me behind my back...you got somthing to say...tell me...thats all I ask.  This was all just some petty high school bull shit...thats all it was...and I am done.....

Your Quote of the Day:

I was thought to be 'stuck up.' I wasn't. I was just sure of myself. This is and always has been an unforgivable quality to the unsure.

Just another day....cept for the fact that the whole country has gone apeshit over the price of fuel...you want to know why fuel is so damn expensive...look what people are filling up at gas stations these days....Excusions, Tahoes and Suburbans, HUMMERS....I mean my god...people want to know why gas prices have risen so sharply over the past couple of years....THOSE FUCKERS ARE THE REASON YOU ARE PAYING $4.00 a gallon for fuel for your Metro...I mean when everyone was driving something that got 25 miles to the gallon...well the refineries could keep up with that...but when the person switches from 25mpgs to 11mpgs...because his neighbor just bought a bus and he did not want to be out done...went out and bought a bigger bus, that gets 1/2mile to the gallon...but he is not going to stop driving all the places he is used to...so what does that do....it increases his demand for gasoline...now times that one dumbass...by about 70 million...and you will see why we are all so fucked.  Not to mention that those huge ass vehicles are polluting our environment...who cares about that, right...esp not our president...After almost 6 full years in office, this week, the countries leading idiot, did the first smart thing i have ever seen him do...he released to strategic oil reserves....finally a correct choice.  Now, to be fair to those people who drive things to big to fit in the parking spaces correctly, its not entirely your fault...another reason we have seen price hikes is because we dont have the simple infrastructure to meet the demand. We have not built ONE SINGLE NEW oil refinery in the country in over 30 years...thats another reason that you are paying what you are for fuel.  And then all day today, as if there is nothing else going on in the world...what is every news station talking about..... FUEL....that doesn't help...people speculating on when we are going to run out...and how high will prices get...ect....all that did was scare the hell out of people more...and they all panicked and went to the gas station...and bought fuel...which makes the situation even worse...if everyone would simply clam down...take a break for about 2 weeks from driving all over creation...let the folks down in the gulf states get those 9 refineries back up and running...and prices will fall off to only about $2.50/gal, right back where they were before...and what really pisses me off is that there are thousands of people down in the gulf states who have just be wiped out by one of the worst hurricanes this country has ever seen...and what are we doing...we are worried about if we will be able to fill the two 40 gal tanks in our busses to that we can actually make it to work for the next 3 days...before we have to fill em up again.  How ridiculous is that?  All I am saying is that if our car manufacturers cant produce something that gets at least 20mpg...then they should not be allowed to sell the damn thing...that or....they should invest in building the new refineries that this country so desperately needs.  Anyways...thats all I am saying for today....

Here is one of my new favorite quotes..."  Better to have loved and lost, that have to live with that bitch for the rest of my life..." - Steve McGrew.

Tell me what you think.....lookin forward to some posts...
